What makes our warranties better?

General Pest Control

• All of our Pest Treatments include at least a four month warranty.
• In the unlikely event that we need to return for a repeat service during the warranty period – It will be scheduled within the next day.
• With over 150 years of combined experience on our staff. Rest assured that we have the capability to eliminate your problem.

Termite Control

• We offer several wood destroying organism warranty packages
• Our total comprehensive Wood Destroying Organism Protection Warranty.  This warranty covers the inspection, necessary retreatments and the repairs of any damages caused Eastern Subterranean Termites, Formosan Termites, Drywood and Powder Post Termites, Wood Boring Beetles and Powder Post Beetles.  In addition it also covers any future ventilation and vapor barrier issues.  This is simply the most comprehensive warranty package available.
• Our Damage Repair and Retreatment Termite Warranty.  This warranty covers the inspection, necessary retreatments and the repairs of any damages caused by Eastern Subterranean Termites and Formosan Termites.
• Our termite control retreatment warranty.  This warranty covers the inspection of the property and any necessary retreatments for the control of eastern subterranean termites.
• All of our warranties are transferable to any subsequent owner, have no deductible, begin the day of treatment.
• Our damage repair warranty begins upon completion of the treatment. Many of our competitors have up to a two year waiting period.
• Our warranty covers structural and cosmetic damage and damages to wall coverings, floor coverings and furnishings. Many of our competitor’s warranties have a variety of disclaimers and most don’t even cover damages at all. Our wording is simple “…if termites damage your home we will fix it in a manner that is structurally sound and cosmetically appealing.”
• Repairs are performed by our in house staff. There is no adjuster or claims personnel to contend with.

Moisture Control

• We offer two types of moisture control warranties.  A flat 10 year warranty that covers the components of your system or an annually renewable warranty that is good for the life of the home.  Please refer to the moisture control heading for more details of our services.
